About The Music and Meditations

All of the New Age Music CDs available on this site are designed for Automatic Chakra Balance.™

These are the sound vibrations the angels are bringing to the planet to help us heal, transform, and ascend. The music and meditations on each CD gradually get higher in form and vibration as the series progresses. All eight CDs in the series are available separately or in the Meditation Basket.

About the Original Guided Visualization CD

The Journey: One day in 1993, while still designing and manufacturing Austrian crystal earrings and healing jewelry, Dyan  was inspired by Spirit to write a healing meditation. Shortly thereafter, she called her friend, Mary and shared it with her.

Mary asked if she could try it out, so Dyan agreed to guide her through it and they proceeded on the “Journey.” There is a place in the meditation where there is a mirror. When Mary came to the Clearing, Dyan asked her to look into the mirror and tell her who or what she saw.

She answered, “Melody.”

Dyan asked her what Melody was doing there and if she had a message. She said Melody was just standing there in the mirror. After a few minutes, since neither one of them knew anyone named “Melody,” Dyan and Mary proceeded with the rest of the journey.

A few weeks later a client, Serenah Curran, suggested a composer named Cheryl for the narration of the meditation. Dyan contacted Cheryl and she agreed to take a look at it. When she sent it back, Dyan noticed the return label was, “Cheryl MELODY Productions.”

Dyan says: “I had found ‘Melody,’ whose spirit knew she belonged in this project long before she received it on the physical plane!“

1. The Angel Cards. The original math for this part of the Spiritual Toolbox™ is the number 3. It’s the foundation.

·         In the beginning there were three components that all fit together as one integrated “Healing Journey.” Component #1 is A Healing Journey Guided Fantasy.  It’s the meditation that’s on the end of A Healing Journey-The Voice of the Angels CD.

·         Component #2 is the angel cards. They are all scenes from A Healing Journey Guided Fantasy. And they aren’t just angel cards. There is much more to it. They were made in 3D, which is the foundation for all co-creating and manifesting, and is also the base foundation for all Spirit and I have built here. The visuals of the cards along with the channeled quatrain verses and the 3D energy of the cards make this very different than anything else out there. They are the base.

·         Component #3 of the Spiritual Toolbox is the Journal. This is for Journaling about your card readings, charting spiritual progress and transformation, thus making the “journey” a fully integrated healing journey. These three components were all created together as a foundation for what was to come next.

More Math: There are 30 cards. In numerology this equates back to the number three. Long ago, Spirit told me the word “Triad.”

2. The completed CD series, which now consists of 8 CDs, representing 8 chakras. Six of these are instrumental music and have a guided meditation as the last track. Each is for a particular purpose. Each vibrates to a specific chakra, but works on all of the other chakras at the same time. It’s multi-dimensional healing. The other two CDs, number 7 and 8 are music only. “Release” has 11 tracks and a few whispery vocals. “Eight” has 12 tracks and 4 of those tracks are full vocals of award winning Amber Norgaard. “Release” vibrates to and clears the 7th chakra. “Eight” vibrates to the chakras eight and beyond, which is our connection to “All That Is.”

More Math: In the CD series the CDs equate to each numbered chakra. Each vibrates to a particular chakra, but each also works on every chakra at the same time. On each CD there is one track that carries over to the next CD.  This is a thread of connection between the series, representing the connection between each chakra and between people.  In the first six CDs track #4 is the track that carries over to the next CD. 444 is the “number” of angels.

4. A Meditation Journal for journaling about the meditations. This is for integration of mind, body, spirit, which is a foundation for co-creating and manifesting.

As a foundation for the “Toolbox” are Voice of the Angels – A Healing Journey Spiritual Cards. What makes these or any other of these tools “integrative” or “multi-dimensional?” Let’s first look at Voice of the Angels – A Healing Journey Spiritual Cards as an example of integrating. Integrating is a foundation for all manifesting and co-creating.

These cards were originally made in 3D with crystals, gemstones, and other natural elements. So, that means that instead of flat cards, as a concept in someone’s mind, then made manifest in one or two dimensions, these cards were originally made in 3D. This gives them a very different and “alive” energy. And not coincidentally, we manifest and co-create in 3D,

Not only were they made as multi-dimensional to begin with, now we add another dimension because they are based upon scenes from “A Healing Journey Guided Fantasy.” This is the guided meditation found at the end of Dyan Garris’ first CD A Healing Journey. Each card is a scene from that journey. The “journey” takes place in someone’s mind, but engages the spirit as well. When we have mind, body, spirit integration we have the foundation for manifesting and co-creating.

Each card has a verse from the angels. What’s different about the verse is that it’s in quatrain. So, it’s sing-songy and easy to remember in your mind. But as you’re looking at the card, holding the card in your hand, here is this verse, that you are not only reading, but remembering, and keeping with you throughout the day, and hopefully fully taking in. This is the “spirit” part of integrating. You are connecting on the esoteric levels with the card or cards.

But there is even more. Just as Tarot cards are numbered and have a certain order, so do these cards. If you put them in order, the images and also the verses tell the story that is “A Healing Journey Guided Fantasy.”

And then, there is the Journal. You use the journal to journal about your card readings. This is not just so you have a record. It’s so that you can see actual spiritual progress. It’s not an empty lined book. It’s sort of like a workbook that evokes feelings from the card images. It helps you free up stuck energy and helps you begin to integrate the images you see on the cards with actual events. The journal is an important integrative tool between mind, body, and spirit because using the journal is the “body” part of integrating.

AND, there is a meditation journal to record what happens in your meditative journeys (A Healing Journey Guided Fantasy is the first one) from the CD series for Automatic Chakra Balance™ relaxation, integrative healing, relaxation, meditation, stress relief, help in sleeping and vibrational attunement. This book is used rather like dream journaling. When you come out of a meditation, you write down what happened. And then your linear mind can refer back to it later and be able to process it “integratively” and on different levels.

Other items in the Spiritual Toolbox™ are the CDs for Automatic Chakra Balance™ that are mentioned above. As all of the tools here, these CDs build one upon the other and everything here fits together integratively, multi-dimensionally, and vibrationally. The now completed CD series consists of eight CDs plus two music only compilations from the first six CDs in the series, and two meditation only compilations for the first six CDs in the series.

The first six CDs are several tracks of music for relaxation plus one guided meditation at the end of each. Each is designed for a specific purpose. And each vibrates to a certain chakra, but at the same time is also designed vibrationally to open and balance all of the chakras. These are not subliminal, but rather, vibrational in the way they work. They use the healing power of sound and music and guided imagery to accomplish their purpose.

Dyan Garris’ latest recording (her eleventh), Release, is about as close to traditional new age music as you will get these days, and by that I mean it’s a very good album. Featuring Garris on piano and a wide assortment of keyboards (some instrumental sounds are textbook classic for the genre), as well as the guest artistry of trumpet player Michelle Maliniak, the eleven tracks on the CD include one (“Sleep”) which features subtle sparse lyrics (the cut is placed last so that those who want only the instrumental music can simply turn off the CD at that point). For the most part, the songs here are both relaxed in tone and relaxing in mood yet they do contain distinct melodies and many have a “full” sound. This is not ambient music disguised as new age. This is pure unadulterated back-to-the-heyday of the genre (mid to late 80s in my opinion) electronic keyboard new age music. However, despite the presence of some synthesizer sounds which will evoke that period, the music itself sounds fresh and contemporary so that this is not just revisiting the past as much as it is reinventing it for today’s world. From the piano, strings, chorals and flute on the opening “Home” to the gently playful plucked guitar (with a dash of Spain thrown in) on “Detach” to the ethereal twinklings flitting around the piano on “Dragonfly” to the delicate harp and hushed chorals on “Integrate,” Garris takes you on a varied yet always enjoyable (and subtly soothing without being too laid back) voyage. I would think this is great at the end of the workday music, when you don’t want to be lulled to sleep, just de-stressed and left feeling refreshed. Release should go down as pleasing as herbal tea with honey.

It is amazing, As I said it shifts the energy, it makes one think, and it has definitely very definite energy in it, which starts to work as soon as you open the book and start to read….
