What Is The Spiritual Toolbox™ and How Do We Integrate?

What is it? The Spiritual Toolbox™ is a series of vibrational tools all available on this site, created by Dyan Garris and designed for integrative healing, multi-dimensional integration of mind body and spirit, and spiritual transformation. These consist mainly of books, cards, music and meditation tools. All of these tools are designed to bring together the layers of mind, body, and spirit so that one functions as a whole person, not just a physical being.
This integration is what is a necessary foundation for manifesting. Without it, you stay stuck in your head trying to manifest the way you were taught – to do it with your mind only – when the law of attraction made its way into mass consciousness a few years ago.
These are not disjointed products. They all go together, built one atop the other to form the Spiritual Toolbox™. Together, they form the necessary foundation you need for manifesting. They form exactly what was missing from the way manifesting was taught to you. That is the REAL SECRET.
As a foundation for the “Toolbox“ are Voice of the Angels – A Healing Journey Spiritual Cards. (Not available in print any longer) What makes these or any other of these tools “integrative” or “multi-dimensional?”
Let’s first look at Voice of the Angels – A Healing Journey Spiritual Cards as an example of integrating. Integrating is a foundation for all manifesting and co-creating.
These cards were originally made in 3D with crystals, gemstones, and other natural elements. So, that means that instead of flat cards, as a concept in someone’s mind, then made manifest in one or two dimensions, these cards were originally made in 3D. This gives them a very different and “alive” energy. And not coincidentally, we manifest and co-create in 3D,
Not only were they made as multi-dimensional to begin with, now we add another dimension because they are based upon scenes from “A Healing Journey Guided Fantasy.” This is the guided meditation found at the end of Dyan Garris’ first CD A Healing Journey. Each card is a scene from that journey. The “journey” takes place in someone’s mind, but engages the spirit as well. When we have mind, body, spirit integration we then have the very real foundation for manifesting and co-creating. We have the foundation that was missing from what was taught to you previously.
Each card has a verse from the angels. What’s different about the verse is that it’s in quatrain. So, it’s sing-songy and easy to remember in your mind. But as you’re looking at the card, holding the card in your hand, here is this verse, that you are not only reading, but remembering, and keeping with you throughout the day, and hopefully fully taking in. This is the “spirit” part of integrating. You are connecting on the esoteric levels with the card or cards.
But there is even more. Just as Tarot cards are numbered and have a certain order, so do these cards.
If you put them in order, the images and also the verses tell the story that is “A Healing Journey Guided Fantasy.” It’s full circle integration. Do you see?
And then, there is the Journal. You use the journal to journal about your card readings. This is not just so you have a record. It’s so that you can see actual spiritual progress. It’s not an empty lined book. 
It’s sort of like a workbook that evokes feelings from the card images. It helps you free up stuck energy and helps you begin to integrate the images you see on the cards with actual events. The journal is an important integrative tool between mind, body, and spirit because using the journal is the “body” part of integrating.
AND, there is a meditation journal to record what happens in your meditative journeys (A Healing Journey Guided Fantasy is the first one) from the CD series for Automatic Chakra Balance™ relaxation, integrative healing, relaxation, meditation, stress relief, help in sleeping and vibrational attunement. This book is used rather like dream journaling. When you come out of a meditation, you write down what happened. And then your linear mind can refer back to it later and be able to process it “integratively” and on different levels.
Other items in the Spiritual Toolbox™ are the CDs for Automatic Chakra Balance™ that are mentioned above. As all of the tools here, these CDs build one upon the other and everything here fits together integratively, multi-dimensionally, and vibrationally.
The now completed CD series consists of eight CDs plus two music only compilations from the first six CDs in the series, and two meditation only compilations for the first six CDs in the series.
The first six CDs are several tracks of music for relaxation plus one guided meditation at the end of each. Each is designed for a specific purpose. And each vibrates to a certain chakra, but at the same time is also designed vibrationally to open and balance all of the chakras. These are not subliminal, but rather, vibrational in the way they work. They use the healing power of sound and music, along with specific notes and guided imagery to accomplish their purpose.
Every chakra corresponds to and vibrates to certain musical notes. (Not the notes you were taught! The frequencies have shifted!) When you put single notes together to form a song, you have a very powerful way to open and balance chakras. The musical elements and also the meditations become more vibrationally complex as the series evolves. And you do not have to listen to the CDs in any particular order to derive benefit. Let your own inner voice guide you as to exactly what you need.
The last two CDs, “Release,” and “Eight – Music for Ascension” are music only. They are vibrating high enough that the music becomes its own meditation. “Release” vibrates to and opens the seventh chakra. It is designed for releasing stuck energy. “Eight” vibrates to and opens the chakras eight and above and is music for ascension as we head more fully into our planetary vibrational shift in consciousness. Four tracks are vocal tracks – Vocals by Amber Norgaard. ”Release” charted overall at #4 on the New Age Reporter Billboard (Now Zone Reporter) chart and “Eight” charted at #5 in November, 2008 after being released in October. Eight -Music for Ascension is on the list of “The Top 100 Recordings of 2009.”
Also in the Spiritual Toolbox™ are the books written by Dyan Garris. We have already talked about the two journals and why they are part of the “toolbox.” In addition there is a cookbook for intuitive cooking. This is designed for integrative healing as well. You take something very root chakra, such as food, or raw ingredients, and transform them into something that nourishes not only your physical body, but your mind and spirit as well. There are 12 channeled messages as “food for thought” while you are cooking or thinking about cooking. There are also several “Intuitively Speaking” paragraphs, which encourage you to make the recipe your way – intuitively connect with yourself and with what your body wants to be fed.
There is also The Book of Daily Channeled Messages. This is a compilation of angelic wisdom and guidance from a period of one year. We integrate this wisdom by not just reading the information, but by actually taking in and applying the guidance in our daily lives. Money and Manifesting is the book that is at the very top of the “Toolbox.” It is about why the Law of Attraction is not enough to manifest and what exactly to do about it. It teaches how to work with and transform energy and how to make something out of virtually nothing. Money is energy.
